Individualization
Individualization does not mean learning alone. Individualization assures student placement in materials at the proper instructional level followed by instruction that is designed for that student. Individualized instruction can occur in groups or individually.
Self Pacing
Some students can tackle more material than others. When student are presented the same material at the same pace they are group paced. This results in appropriate instruction for some but for others the instruction will either be too difficult or too simple. Self Pacing assures the lessons and material fits each student's learning abilities. Through My Learning Partners self pacing is based upon the progress the student makes as shown though the one minute daily tests.
